A Moroccan hammam was long overdue on the Gold Coast and Kenz Beauty Spa and Moroccan Hammam delivers an exceptional experience. I indulged in the Royal Dream Hammam and it was nothing short of sensational. Melihat, my therapist was outstanding from start to finish. She was skilled and attentive in her craft. Reem the owner and operator was a warm and gracious host ensuring the experience began the moment I stepped through the door. The space itself is beautifully curated with authentic Moroccan and Arabesque artefacts that transports you to another world. The experience was perfectly concluded with thoughtful post treatment treats like fragrant mint tea served with cookies and nougat, Arabic coffee and Turkish delight. A truly luxurious and immersive hammam experience that I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you team! I'll be back soon.

I have never done a Moroccan Hammam and it was such a nice experience! Truely felt like a queen, I would be really keen to try the Turkish Hammam next time! The headspa was a really relaxing experience (really wanted to pass out and sleep cause the head massage was relaxing!)

What sets this spa apart is not just the stunning Hammam experience, which is the only traditional Hammam in Queensland but the incredible team behind it. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely indulged. Every detail is handled with such professionalism and warmth that you instantly feel at ease. It's my favourite spa by far, and one I keep coming back to. If you're looking for something truly different, luxurious, and delivered with heart, Kenz Beauty Spa is an absolute must.

The most wholesome experience I have ever had Morrocan Hamman with Sherin wow! 10 out of 10! So much live and respect for Morrocan culture, i feel 20 years younger. Once a month is definitely my goal. Best birthday present!

Amazing spa experience for my mum! I treated her to the Classic Moroccan Hammam for her birthday, and everything was just perfect. The spa itself is cosy and beautifully decorated. The ladies at Kenz Beauty were truly lovely from start to finish and made her feel so welcome and comfortable throughout. To top it all off, they surprised her with a little cake and wished her a happy birthday, which made her feel incredibly special. Thank you all so much.

I am absolutely taken back with the sensational service this wonderful place has to offer. A hidden gem in the heart of the Gold Coast. I highly recommend Royal Hammam with Kenz Beauty. The staff Melihat was absolutely a delight and being Turkish she knew exactly how to pamper with her Hammam experience. Thank you, thank you for a pleasant morning. Will be coming back for sure!!! The above was my review from my first visit. I have come back to write more about other services. The hot stones massage by Shirin was AMAZING! She knew exactly how deep to go and manoeuvred the hot stones very skilfully whilst making sure they were the right temperature. I will definitely request Shirin again and recommend hot stones massage to anyone wanting to relax at a nervous system reset level! I felt sooo relaxed and fresh! Thank you once again for a fabulous morning.

Wow, all I can say is wow. Kenz Beauty Services brought me a real sense of peace today. I've had a lot on my mind lately, and I've always wanted to experience a hammam bath. I decided to go for the full experience, and I'm so glad I did. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The service was excellent and well worth the price. If you're considering it, I highly recommend booking the full hammam experience, you'll wonder why you waited so long. And men, you're seriously missing out!

I had my very first Hammam experience here, and it was honestly something I'll never forget. I went with my cousin, and since we didn't really know what to expect, we felt a little unsure at first, but Molly and Eden were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. They took the time to guide us through everything and made us feel completely at ease. What really stood out to me was not just the treatment itself (which was deeply relaxing and left me feeling refreshed), but the way we were looked after. It didn't feel rushed or transactional, it felt intentional, calm, and comforting. You can tell they truly care about the experience they create for their clients. It ended up being more than just a treatment, it felt like a moment to slow down, reconnect, and just be present. Sharing that with my cousin made it even more special.

From the moment Rim opened the door I felt welcomed and cared for. Our group of 3 had the Morrocan Hammam and massage. I loved the experience, and my skin was so soft. The coffee, mint tea and sweets were a lovely touch, and the rooms were decorated in Morrocan theme with low lights. It felt very comfortable and luxurious. The mint and rose oil scent during the massage was amazing. I wish I lived closer so I could come regularly.
